Re: March 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
YXX only hit 18C, which seemed a little low to me. Could be right, though.
At least we know that station isn't overexposed, so when they do set a record it's probably legit.

Wow. Hopefully we get the big rains out of the way next week then. Would much rather that than intermittent showers for two months straight.

Looking for some 19° sun rays at the Falls golf course in Chilliwack tomorrow and hopefully shoot a birdie or two. Maybe even catch a glimpse of the elusive and diminutive sardineman as I zoom past Sardis.
Hoping for an unprecedented all Canadian tennis final at the Miami open, and Raonic is not even involved.

Re: March 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Environment Canada is so slow to update. They still show 12C with chance of rain on Monday in Abbotsford but latest model runs now show the warm and dry conditions holding on. GFS shows around 18C and Euro shows 20C. TWN has updated and calls for 20C but Environment Canada is still behind.
Seriously.

Yeah he seems to have melted away like the snows of this winter, kinda sad but I'm thrilled to have the Sheriff as our new stats man.Forrest Gump wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2019 1:43 pm Yup,nothing gets by the sheriff, he's our best stats and number cruncher now that Glacier has gone awol.

Re: March 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
We will be fine buttees. We need the rains. Sad to have to say that. Happy April showers leads to May vegetables..or so Stuffman says..
Of course it could easily be 18c and bommy during this strong EN, but instead March starts out troffy and chilly! Bring on some 18c sunny days
