Closer to the coast was slightly below normal... Vancouver was below normal by 0.4C while Abbotsford was above normal by 0.3C.

Victoria looks like +0.2C

Shawnigan Lake was running +0.7C thru the 29th
North end of Shawnigan Lake. Southern Vancouver island. 500ft

I call BS on this one. YVR has been reading 0.5C too cold ever since Nav Canada took over. The EC station (Sea Island station) was right on normal for YVR. Also, I cannot find any other station below normal in the area. Merry Island, above normal. YXX, above normal. YJJ, above normal. Grouse Mountain (Goose's favourite station) was 2 degrees above normal. DELTA TSAWWASSEN BEACH slightly above normal. etc.
