Rain or shine.. or snow ,If you like avocados and can find all the ingredients this is a great tasty healthy sandwich.

Avocado Sandwich

half avocado
cream cheese
tomatoe slices
alfalfa sprouts
mayonnaise

Spread avocado on bread slice, then put some mayonnaise on, then place tomatoe slices on top and then alfalfa sprouts. Spread cream cheese on other slice of bread and then put together ,and voila!

Saw 8 flashes of lightning towards the NW. Cape Values look very impressive tonight. Will likely see periodic t-storms in the Lower Mainland overnight.

Also models bringing in 100m snow levels Wed and Thurs.

I didn't notice any thunder last night... maybe a better chance this afternoon with some decent shower activity moving in....
Behind the front, modest destabilization already
occuring on the Olympic Peninsula with pockets of blue sky
appearing around the lowlands. As colder air filters in, mid-
level lapse rates will steepen and snow levels will continue to
fall. The chance for pop-up thunderstorms remains for the rest of
the day. Any storm will have the capability of producing brief
heavy downpours, small hail, and dangerous lightning in the
lowlands with heavier pockets of snow in the mountains. We'll be
watching near-term trends and radar closely going forward.

This wouldve been a truly memorable late ski season. Ridiculous snow forecasts on all the hills. Why this year??
