Gas is down to 132.9c here in Chilliwack but I hear it's 119c in Aldergrove.

I filled up at 129.9 in Vancouver on Wednesday, but it's bounced all the way back into the mid-140s now.

That's what I was thinking , but not according to the gasbuddy guy.
"McTeague has stated that the current drop in fuel prices is attributed to unstable economic conditions around the globe". As Gretzky once said, "that's a crock of crap".

I was joking, sort of. I just found it funny because both Jason Kenney and Andrew Wilkinson were blaming John Horgan for the high gas prices last month. Then Horgan said he'd look into ways to lower prices, and now prices are down.

I don't honestly believe that anything Horgan did had any effect on prices one way or the other. It's just hilarious to watch all of the politics around the issue.

McTeague can be informative sometimes but he has a pretty strong bias toward the oil industry, so I take him with a grain of salt.

I don't know, I haven't been there recently, but the lineup is usually 6-8 cars deep at every pump. Luckily the line moves pretty quickly most of the time. I usually only go there if I'm going to save at least 5 cents, otherwise not worth the trouble.

Costco was 15 cents cheaper than competing stations this evening. :o

Saved nearly $10 on a fill-up... the membership pays for itself pretty quickly at that rate! 8-)

Horgan didn't do anything. He doesn't have that kind of influence.

Horgan launched BC Inquiry on gas prices , maybe fuel companies are shaking in their boots? Apparently Montreal has the same amount of taxes on gas ,
and yet their prices are 30 cents less. So what gives? I dont trust that Mcteague guy from gasbuddy.
