The crazy thing is Tblizzard or cool thing l remember my parents saying the old street car system always ran during a snowstorm even l can remember the old trolley buses in the 60's and 70's had minor problems now adays 5cm and every thing grinds to a halt probably just more traffic snarling the roadways is my guess.
