No I don't think we're out of luck, though our window for arctic air has probably gotten pushed back as Monty stated earlier.

Hopefully we'll see a favourable pattern for arctic air by early January.

Last February didn't end up being as epic as originally modelled. At one point, the Euro had daytime temps dipping down to -11C in Abbotsford and a lot more snow then actually fell. Southern Van Island sure scored in terms of snow. Still, was a pretty crazy unusual pattern for us in February. I do recall we did see a true arctic front initially come down, and dropped temps close to -10C by mid afternoon with blowing snow in the valley. That was so much fun. :clap: 8-)

l think T3 is thinking Januarys don't exist anymore. February's our new winter l don't like it by February sun angles are higher and you can feel the warmth from the sun. :x
