Nice read once again C79 stay safe.Coquitlam79 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 2:02 am Spring of 2008 was very similar to this year (so far). A bit dry with northerly flow dominating until mid May when there was a heat wave. I remember the early April snowfall of 08 there was about 2 cm on the ground in New West where I was living at the time. On another note the 00z is super dry in the long range looking similar to the pattern we just had in mid-March.

I expect it will prove part of the standard spring tease, and return to being chilly soon enough. Still, bring it on! I will enjoy it while it lasts.Canada Goose wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 11:33 am Mild weather is coming.

Looks like another below normal precip month. Been a bit of a trend lately. Will we see fires in May again this year?

Re: April 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
If we do C79 guy it would most likely be caused by lightning strikes. Shouldn't be a lot of ppl traveling for awhile. I saw a news report that alot of slash burn is on hold for now. But on the flip side that's also a recipe for disaster.Coquitlam79 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 05, 2020 6:38 pm Looks like another below normal precip month. Been a bit of a trend lately.
