Good riddance.

Hopefully we avoid the typical drawn out spring this season. A quick transition to summer would be nice.

What did Weatherpro say? "This will be a live tracking event once again. Make no mistake, some areas WILL see snow, just not Sardis."

Vancouver Is Awesome spoke to Matt MacDonald, Meteorologist, who outlined what the Lower Mainland has to look forward to in the coming days.

“The snowfall isn’t likely to accumulate, because there isn’t a great deal of moisture in this particular system,” he explains. “If there is an accumulation of a couple centimetres, it is more likely to occur in the Fraser Valley except for South Sardis.”

MacDonald also stated that the Lower Mainland will likely see much warmer temperatures into the following week.

“We finally see the forecast breaking out of this pattern and returning to a more typical zonal flow. As a result, we won’t see those frigid lows overnight. We might even see the elusive +11°."

Sorry Image but both Sardis and your neck of your woods will be high and dry.

Meanwhile, North Vancouver (and hell, West Vancouver) will get pummeled with 30cm of snow tomorrow night. See ya buttee. 8-)
It always snows in December in the Kootenays
