Weather tends to balance and average out. Just means big snow and cold coming, but not for us in Abbotsford. We are trying to reinstate Sumas Lake.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
RGEM has a windstorm Saturday night. I would like to see the timing moved up because as it stands, the strongest gusts would be overnight when I'm sleeping.

Possible cold air again in the clown range?

If this develops as discussed, WINTER IS COMING, and John gets A+ for his earlier faith.AbbyJr wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 8:51 pm Michael Ventrice did a live video today discussing the current SSW and its possible effects on this winter. He posted it on his YouTube channel I assume for those who didn't see it live or want to see it again.
I haven't watched the whole thing yet. I'm 41:28 minutes into right now but this is awesome. Very interesting though its a long presentation.

Looks like the winter cancel drama has seeped over into this forum.Forrest Gump wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 11:48 pm And Sardinehead gets an F for succumbing to Nito's winter cancel cult.
Missed getting 10˚C rain today, but looks like I’ll have some on New Year’s Day.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Things have changed and not for the better. But there is still hope. I'll try to be more detailed when I'm ready. Its just really hard right now. Its been a living nightmare.

Re: December 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
The latest EPS and GEFS runs are showing ridging in the West and a “Troff†in the east as we head towards mid month. Gee haven’t seen that before this winter.
Maybe the #beginningofFEB will be good to us once again?
OR maybe all this SSW event will be beneficial to us?
AND maybe Nito will need a spoon to dig himself out of his winter cancel hole?
OR maybe he will end up being correct and Hawk can go on and on about his victories and snowy Similkameeeeen?

I win fishing derbies too
On a weather note..look at ECs ugly forecast for Abby in our peak coldest part of winter:
https://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/bc-81_metric_e.html
Normal H4 L0
Nito has been just kickin us around. So now we are "hoping" that February will be good? Omg. Sad sad winter. And that's why I like the Winter's to be front-loaded because if we don't get anything my middle to end of January our nice cold snowy Winters are essentially done for the most part.
The Wetcoast...Nito approved

Are we prepared for this stormy, chilly and wet November, LN style, with our first warning shots coming early due to this potentially historic LN

Another day another rainfall warning.
Long range according to EC: rain and 9 degrees every single damn day all week.
Next move is to Kitimat.
