Bit of outflow this a.m. in the central valley but its a chilly breeze, should be nice today if it gets up to 17c.

Gfs is soaking wet..AR event in early April. Probably a good bit of mountain snow with it.

Also the euro seems to suggest low snow levels around April 2 or 3 but eps isn't there yet.

My high was 16.6° but a white rock station is reporting 19°.
