Really missing the warmer weather now - I know we had a great March (bit of everything, including cold and some snow, and lots of sun and warmth); but really wanting warm weather now... Want to go fishing etc - but passes too snowy/cold still

Re: April 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
I've been getting a bit of a snow fix watching the Grouse web cams with snow falling albeit wet, but nice to see they will finish the season with some new snow. I guess the ski season turned out not bad after the sort of rocky start pardon the pun.
Congrats coach Toks winner of the Jack Adams trophy for coach of the year.

Re: April 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
I think those warm March days have given us a false sense of early spring reality. April is running pretty mild really. 2-3C above average on the mean temps.Sardisbcwx wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 5:31 pm Yeah, guess Nito nailed it sort of he said a chilly first part of April and that it is I went from no jacket at work later in March back to winter jacket the last few day's.

Not to mention lakes still need to thaw, although low elevation lakes below 2000 ft are probably ice free.arbetrader wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 2:57 pm Really missing the warmer weather now - I know we had a great March (bit of everything, including cold and some snow, and lots of sun and warmth); but really wanting warm weather now... Chilly day today; high of only 9.1C at YVR. First sub 10C high since Mar 14th and quite possibly the last this year until October.

Re: April 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Looks like a very chilly weekend especially in the Similkameen buttees
MAYDAY MAYDAY! We need some warm sunny weather this month. Some showers mixed in would be good too
