Thunder, heavy rain, maybe hail near UBC. Just started. Unexpected but cool.

Just heard some thunder.
Was almost nearly asleep but was awoken.
Bad timing mother nature!

Did also just hear a rumble a few minutes ago. Just on the eastern edge of the cell here I think.

Was right underneath it on a bar patio in gas town. Started pouring 2 minutes later.

Re: July 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Just had a long and fairly decent thunderclap wake me up, which I don't mind at all.
Look like some heavy rain or more thunder headed my way according to radar.

Re: July 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Just received my 60% chance of showers about an hr ago, which lasted about 49 seconds, lots of blue sky now, should be a good golfing day. The other day had my best score of the year ,an 89 at Belmont, even though I had 3 snowmen, but I did shoot 2 birdies which was a first for one round.
