Wow, how embarrassing! Croatian rep at NATO meetings tears a strip off Trudeau for being a dictator in front of everybody. I know some croatian but still had to read the subtitles.
Of course it wasn't aired on any news stations that I'm aware of.

And Croatia knows a thing or two about communism
Our version of government controlled news stories of course this would be avoided from our news networks, good deep dive inspector Gumps.
So what's Poutine up to now they say the first phase of the operation is complete so now there concentrating on the Donetsk region.
They haven't taken over Ukraine at all it seems weird to me all they've done is bomb the crap out of Mariupol. Is Russia spent military perhaps looking for a way out.
Thoughts anyone?

Nothing too political to state. Haven't been on the forum lately as life is super busy with three kids including the addition of a hedgehog to the family, and working in an accounting office this time of year means insane busyness at work. Which reminds me, don't anyone here die for the next year or so. I'm the "estates guy" at work, so all estate income tax situations land on my desk. There are some profound issues at CRA--ineptness that defies excuse--regarding processing aspects to estates the past few months. More ineptness than usual. Our tax dollars at work.
That is actually quite good to know, I'm on the planning side so I will let them know they have to wait at least a year before expiring

He was criticised by three heavily right leaning politicians. Given that Trudeau is somewhat of a centrist, do you really think he's that embarassed by this? You can't please everyone, especially hard right folks in 2022.
Harper took tons of criticism around the world for his dabbling in authoritarianism. Bill c-51, pro roguements, scandals galore. In fact weren't we rejected from the security Council under his watch? No such hysteria from these sources back then.
Trudeau isn't good but I don't think calling him a dictator does much good tbh. Look over to Europe for some true dictatorships.
Sometimes l wonder to if Biden's comments are thought out carefully how many times during this cinflict has the White House had to back peddle on his comments. l can't remember but awhile ago he made a comment using the wrong name or something.
And just as l mentioned in my last post reaction on Biden's comments are being walked back. Personally he should shut the hell up with his remarks there's several other ways to get your point across without causing damage beyoind repair especially with a nuclear armed adversary. heck even our P.M. his hairs perfect is careful with his words.
Of course Trump once said Trudumb was to too weak.
Thoughts anyone?

You could be thinking back to when he referred to Kamala Harris as the "first lady" instead of vice-president. There have been a bunch of other blunders too. To be fair every public figure has one every once and a while though with Biden it certainly seems elevated.

That's the comment Tee, you have to think Blinken is getting fed up having to douse the flames from Biden's comments this isn't the first time like you mentioned even wild Borris Johnson refrains some what.
