12Z GFS event showed some :flakey: by early Sat AM.

Still not seeing any warm extremes in the forecast.
Looks rather seasonal = bland.

We're almost at the time of the year when I cancel my WxBell subscription for a few months. Models are looking like we'll get around 12mm of rain by tomorrow.

I don’t mind this and wouldn’t mind it throughout the dry season. Breathing in oxygen without destroying oneself has become the goal for summer.

Given that El Niño conditions have abated there’s a chance we could have a hot, but not record breaking season and maybe even have campfires past mid June.

I saw a seasonal forecast today for NMME showing normal precipitation for July August September for most of BC and some parts having above normal precip. Of course it wouldn't take much to have above normal precip here because normal is probably only 20-30 mm in those months. If we have a convective summer, we could easily have downpours that would help us supersede normal precip amounts.
