You've got to time it right , may and june probably best time but having said that fishing isn't what it used to be in the 70's , just like music.

Wanted to try camping at Monk but always booked up. So we end up at Kentucky lakes.

:lol: over the years camped at Lund, Osoyoos, 2 sites there it's always a gong show on long weekends. We did cabins one year in Oliver. Another site south of Penticton. Chilliwack river camp ground, another on the way to Cultus lake. Oh yeah and anorher in Sechelt.

One of my favourite places and you don't have to go far is Lightning lakes in manning park, it has a little bit of everything, beautiful area.

Yes haven't camped there but we stopped for lunch there nice little river/creek runs through there.
