Sounds like Corey Perry has a bit of a booze problem, and promises to seek help.

Looks like the Laffs have lost their goaltender Woll to a serious knee injury can you say no cup run this year again.

Lafferty has been a massive pickup, another goal tonight. Pettersson looked more like himself.

If you think about it, there are 8 or 9 new players this year, I would include Hronek, maybe even include Hoglander since he was in the minors for most of last year. Gotta give Allvin a lot of credit, and making 5 trades so far this year when everybody is saying it's impossible to do is remarkable. All the new players making solid contributions. Where would the canucks be without all those acquisitions/signings, especially on defense. And of course we can't forget about Tocchet and his assistants, getting the team to believe in what they're preaching.

l agree skipper Gimper but l'm concerned about Kuzzy and how that may play out from hot dog last year to beer league stats this year any ideas?

The opposition must be spiking his coke with Kryptonite. Maybe he actually needs a few games at Burnaby 8 rinks or Planet Ice in Delta to learn how to score again. Funny how the word Enigma has followed many Russian players around over the years. He seems a little slow at times, and slow to forecheck, which is tocchet hockey. He'll have to figure it out soon or he'll be showcasing his spinning moves at the next Ice Capades show.

 l'm assuming the difference last year is Kuzzy's forechecking wasn't needed he seemed to be hanging around the net and popping in those goals.
But under Toks he wants all hands on deck forechecking to create turnovers.
It appears Hoggies got it figured out he forechecks and contributes.
We had a sub party defense last year so it was run and gun 🔫 hockey. :o 🏒 Perhaps Kuzzy could have a career with Disney on Ice 🧊 as well.

Nice to see Canucks grind out a point in Minny this morning. They're tied for most games played so far, but the worst of their schedule is yet to come, starting Jan 4 they hit the road and gotta play 7 games in 12 days. Tocchet hitting all the right buttons so far, including days off when needed.
Would like to see how they do against LA and Winnipeg, but a quirk in the schedule says we gotta wait till February.

I still can't believe 9 day's till Christmas skipper Gimps and the Candoit's are sitting at 42 points.
I keep waiting for the Grinch to show up but it seems Clarence the angel 😇 has made an appearance "It's A Wonderful Hockey Season" so far and no one's jumped off the bridge yet. :wtf:

Marcel Dionne that's a blast from the past Glace part of the triple crown line in L.A.
How about this nugget.

December 19, 1984 — Edmonton Oilers star Wayne Gretzky becomes the fastest player in NHL history to reach 1,000 points for his career.
