They're probably tired/injured but who knows. Hopefully we don't get swept in the first round because that would be a disappointment.

They played a bit above their heads this year slowly coming down to earth. Still a good team, but not as good as they shown earlier. Petterson is an amazing hockey player but not a superstar that takes over games that's been shown time and time again. The defense is really a weak point of this team.

That being said, I still can see them getting out of the first round unless they play Vegas.

7 points clear of the Coilers after Ed getting blown up 5 zip by big D and the Nukes 2-1 win over the desert dogs tonight. :thumbup: still lots of work for them to do.

Far from a lock, in my opinion. Cale Makar has 19 goals and 83 points in 73 games. Evan Bouchard is also having a banner year in Edmonton. Roman Josi has 21 goals.


I'm not saying it won't be Hughes, but I think it will be close.

Mike Gartner is no longer the greatest goal scorer in NHL history. His 17 seasons of 30 goals or more has being broken tonight...
