I fully agree with you 100%. I am also sick and tired of this human caused climate change doomsday non-sense. Its all a big fraud for a political agenda. Its fear mongering propaganda. What makes me even more mad about this, is that to even question the ridiculous doomsday climate emergency media propaganda, you are labeled a heretic. They conveniently changed the name from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change" so that they could demonize anybody who questions the man made fossil fuel C02 human caused climate emergency teaching and label them a denier. Its literally become a religion full of pseudo science.

So what did everyone do on Canada Day?
I celebrated Canada's birthday and my 33rd wedding anniversary in whistler, took in the free Tenors concert at the Olympic plaza. Wasn't sure what to expect but was totally blown away , wasn't just opera, they sang songs like , Delilah, sweet Caroline, suspicious minds,my way, you are so beautiful,Hallelujah and many others including a stirring rendition of Shallow by one of the tenors and his 8 month pregnant wife who also has an incredible voice, and then to top it off the tenors come back for an encore and suddenly I was at a Queen concert as they did we will rock you,Bohemian raphsody and we are the champions, one of the best concerts I've been to, it didn't hurt that we were near the stage.

Hey Butties, I'm still up in the great Northwest Territories.

First day the weather was a perfect 23C and partly cloudy. Since then it has been dominated by a low pressure system from the Arctic. Yesterday I walked in 60-70 km/h sustained winds and sideways rain, which stung my face. Temp was ~10-12C throughout the day.

I'm still trying to make friends with the mosquitoes but I think they like me a little too much...

No!!! were leaving for the campsite Saturday morning, I'm too scared to check the Merritt/Kentucky/Allynne area. Seems Johnny is happy with all this.

Doh! Tomorrow Saturday? Hopefully things aren’t too wet. Looks showery this weekend. Not sure if I buy those really wet GFS runs for next week. At least with what is modelled it probably won’t be too cold and with SW flow, you might be in a bit of a rain shadow over there. Climo suggests the brunt of the rain will end up further northwest. So heading east might work out for you.

Me too! I am camping in Clearwater on Saturday evening and we want to have a beach day on Sunday at the local lake and visit Wells Gray.

John, the column on the right is mm over a 6 hour period. So the average peak on July 11 is 3mm over a 6 hour period. July 10 is around 2 mm per 6 hour period or a total of 8mm, July 11 is similar at 8mm for 24 hrs.

(btw the column on the left is temperature C at 850 MB or 1700m in elevation approximately)

We are definitely in a cooler cycle since January of this year. Will be interesting to see if this can last through the upcoming winter I believe it could.

Pattern lock my buddy would say and he’s right!! (FYI I am talking about hawk)
