Was just a matter of removing the old station and attaching the new one. Still getting used to the display. There is a lot of info on there. Definitely looking forward to having a better temperature reading in direct sunlight, as the other one was always reading high. More accurate wind speeds will also be a nice feature.

Yup. And the 06z and 12z have a little rain end of next week and next weekend, rebuild the ridge briefly than a big pattern shift about 2 weeks out with an atmospheric river SW flow pattern. 00z Euro breaking down the ridge late next week. It's November so at some point, it's likely the pattern gonna turn wet.

12z GFS was insane for them. Could see a freeze right out to the Gulf of Mexico coast.

I hope November just absolutely torches at this point. There’s a reason east coast snow wienies hate cold November’s.

Unfortunately Jr. after doing some research on your thermometer cover it is found to give high temperature readings. In other words it acts like a cap and holds heat in. If you were to take the cover off you would find lower temps. Indeed.
