Exactly. This is 2.5C below the hourly min. It's impossible.
The problem is we can see that on many, many stations (including YVR).

It is. No wind, airmass saturated and this is NOT a cold spot (a place where the temp can easily drop a lot very quickly).
I have a good experience of weather readings and I don't believe in this one (at all), like in some YVR ones.
