March 2020 Forecasts and Discussions

Post by SouthSardiswx »

Well it's hard to believe meteorological is over what will spring bring us besides easter eggs, daffodils and cherry blossoms more mountain snow or maybe our first 15c temperature. How about a playoff round for the Knuckles all I know is I won't miss this past winter at all sure we had mid January but that was it the splat slush days were nothing to write home about this was a boring winter in my books.

Canucks need to make the playoffs to make spring and spring cleaning a little more interesting, me thinks.
Me thinks 20 pts of their remaining 18 games might get them in. :problem:

Let the Roomba do the cleaning Gumps nice to see you've come out of quarantine skipper. 20 points seems a tall number to me, I'll say 17pts. It's 3.4c here in south Sardis and part cloudy

Geesh! Ty my man that would be absolutely stunning but a month ago would have been nice, let's say it's a practice run for next winter. that's a strong arctic high to boot.

6C in the day and then dropping to -10C at night, then back to 6C in the day, and then dropping down to -7C? Somehow I doubt that would happen. I mean, is that kind of major temperature swing seems unlikely. Is that something more common with March arctic events?

Cold air mass, clear nights and low winds. Unlikely but not impossible.

Keep an eye on that cold trough for the end of the week could be interesting to say the least.
The showers earlier this afternoon dropped temps to 2c at YXX.

Interesting front today. I was up a Cypress and it started snowing pretty good with a north wind. Picked up 2cm in 1 hr. The snow made its way down to 400 m elevation.
