In the Similkmeens since this morning. Wow it got really warm today I think it hit about five or six degrees Celsius and the Melt was on. Nothing major but then looking at the forecast it's just a disaster up here as well. After what has been a very mild winter up here already with many nights not even cracking -10 Celsius. The whole Pacific Northwest has been a disaster this year and especially the southern areas of British Columbia from Prince George South. La Nina they said just wait it will be cold and snowy this year
But just wait..its back loaded. It will show up soon

Wow thats one massive troff in the Pacific...too bad it wasnt about 2000 miles east. Like Nito said many days ago..better hope that troff doesnt go too far offshore. Well that's where it is Nitostradamus! :nocomment:

Did one today, in fact. Better to get out of the house than to stay in all day. I have good rain gear, and a bike with fenders, so why not?

Almost as if the East Coast tends to get more snow than the West Coast.

NYC doesn’t see much more snow on average than a lot of places around here. ~70cm.

Per Typeing’s stats, that’s roughly double what YVR has averaged in recent decades.
