On anything other than an El Nino year I'm guessing so. As long as it's not June 2020. That was ugly even if you like summer precipitation.

It sure made for a slow fire season though (with the big exception of the September fires in Oregon ). No campfire bans at all for 2 summers in a row so hopefully it's 3.

I'm with you on that. Actually they did bring one in in August, I was up camping at Manning the night they brought it in. An august campfire ban is pretty decent still. In 2015 I'm pretty sure we had one all summer.

Yeah, on the American forum there’s plenty of reports of more significant rainfall, but for the most part it has just been spitting/drizzling here in Bellingham.
It's called clown range for a reason.

North end of Shawnigan Lake. Southern Vancouver island. 500ft

EC might actually be the only organisation which can "improve" something by making it substantially worse. YVR reporting moderate rain and the new radar page shows no returns.

Actually the radar didn't show anything earlier and we were getting decent showers. Hopefully we get some clearing soon.

That new radar map is a giant pile of dung. What a disgrace. EC is a joke. You can't even zoom in. The fact they have not fixed it yet proves they have morons running the IT dept.
