My mom and I had to have her 18 year old cat put to sleep on Monday during the worst of the heat. Then I heard about all the deaths from the heat wave. I was starting to feel better yesterday until I heard about the devastation in Lytton.

I could have dealt with the heat on its own, but I'm just done.

Sorry to hear that as well Abbs sr. I think a lot of members are done with summer heat and it's barely started.

Any idea how long EC is going to have the heat warning up? It's darn cold here. Maybe through September...or November when they switch it for a snowfall warning?

Wow very sad news on here this late month. The excessive heat was bad enough..now the fires all over the place
Of course it could easily be 18c and bommy during this strong EN, but instead March starts out troffy and chilly!  Bring on some 18c sunny days

10+mm of rain in Kamloops last night. Hopefully it hit the Sparks lake fire. It certainly helped calm the fires that started on the outskirts of the city last evening

Interesting how the two Lytton stations are so different between noon and 4 pm.
