Looks like my storm total was 27 cm. I took a couple dozen measurements ranging from 24 cm to 30 cm, but the median and average were about 27 cm. The front yard had 3-4 more cm than the back.

You guys who don't have very much wind are lucky. That picture from Sardis that Hound posted looks like a nightmare to measure. You can hardly even ballpark that.

Ruthless rubus telling Seattlites how much we got as they're struggling to accumulate an inch. Honestly at this point I hope they do get something. Otherwise that is a massive last second rug pull probably similar to 2011. So many model runs giving it to Seattle and it trends north at the last minute.

Na hope they get nothing just because of the way they act on that forum

I work for a govt agency and part of the problem is when any new projects get built it has to go to the lowest bidder. Then cost over runs always happen and then pennies get pinched to try and keep costs down. Much like our cable bridges not having heated or automated snow removal, the technology is available but is not installed due to cost.

Makes sense. Always about money unfortunately.

Still no excuse for not then fixing a known problem. Once had a 7 hr Skytrain trip home taking the Millennial line from Clark to Scott Rd station. Ended up walking from Columbia to Scott Rd as trains not crossing the river. Found out they plow all the snow onto the sidewalk on the Patullo so was a challenge as huge chunks of ice as it was the end of a cold snap.

Completely agree, the skytrain issue has been a known problem for awhile no excuse to not fix it.
