"Many people in the Netherlands observe the second day of Christmas, which falls on December 26. It is a continuation of the Christmas holiday or a chance to spend time outdoors or with family or friends. It is also Saint Stephen's Day."

Yeah l see that, probably dumb question l'm so use to seeing moisture move westward during outflow. What's causing moisture to move on shore even in a wicked outflow? I've seen it before but if you just looked at radar this week you'd think we were in a mild on shore flow interesting indeed.

I think that's a great idea! Two Christmas days. Just like a birthday week.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 9:00 pm "Many people in the Netherlands observe the second day of Christmas, which falls on December 26. Upper level flow and convergence. Also appears to be a weak surface low over the Strait.SouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 9:05 pm Yeah l see that, probably dumb question l'm so use to seeing moisture move westward during outflow. What's causing moisture to move on shore even in a wicked outflow? Re: December 2022 Forecasts And Discussions
I'll take some pics tomorrow of some hill tops with no snow covered trees it looks weird still wintery but just different to observe.Roberts Creeker wrote: ↑Tue Dec 20, 2022 9:04 pm I agree snow covered trees look so much nicer and more wintery.Haven't had any wind or breeze despite EC calling for light winds. Spent part of the day clearing snow off the plastic greenhouse and plastic sheep cover. That was a job! But happy to have it done before we get more and then it melts/rains.
