Many of those stations are poorly placed and should not be trusted. In the case temps ARE that warm, they will drop extremely fast when the snow starts. My guess is the average temp ABOVE the houseline is about +2

Haha. Temps are definitely not an issue. Could see a brief transition to rain on the backend of the front as the sw wind kicks in at the surface. We lose insolation pretty quickly after about 4pm and that’s when the majority of the precip arrives anyway. It will be snowing and sticking this evening.
