Coal Harbour situation report:
It is snowing moderately here too. While nowhere near as snowy as at home, there is actually slush on West Pender and the other main roads.
Snow is clinging to trees and lamp posts.

Yeah, we're at 9.5cm, but it is compacting fast. I'll call it 10.

Huge difference from HawksHill to Pitt Meadows. Elevation makes a huge difference. Radar returns are going straight over Willoughby to PM.
I'm guessing there must be at least 10 cm at my place.. fluffy but dry..
I had to leave. I drove through Pitt Meadows and they have maybe 3 cm and very wet. As usual, elevation makes a huge difference in these marginal events.
Been there for 10 years and many excellent snow events! Lots of development going on in Willoughby...
