For sure. I remember one time in the 16/17 winter when it kinda changed back and forth between rain, snow, and sleet at my place, which amounted to like 2 cm, but up the street at Knight and 41st there was 10-15 cm of snow overnight.

Was that the north of the Fraser special on the morning of December 19, 2016? We had warmed up a tad overnight and the forecast was for rain but I remember a heavy burst of wet snow between roughly 4am and 7am that dropped about 10cm of solid concrete.
