Looked like a juicy system for Friday into Saturday. Now trending much drier with the system trending far south. Just been the story the past few days. Higher hills in Oregon have seen impressive snows this week.

Seasonable and wet in the LR.

Looking pretty troffy out there today. Decent instability, with the higher sun angles and warmth fueling some angry looking clouds/cells :think:

Interestingly, with the orientation of the low and sharply bent occluded front, the heavier snowfall totals may occur on the east slopes of the Cascades :think:
