Got this picture sent to me from my workers out in Toronto today. Apparently been some really decent thunderstorms.

Spectacular CB Weedly something seldom seen in these parts.
Reached a high of 25c today in the central valley @ the pond in south Sardis.
E.C. is forecasting 29c by Friday as we hit the Canada Day long weekend just in time for the real summer weather of drought massive wildfires many heat humps and downright miserable hot sticky humid weather. :x

Beautiful sky tonight! a few pink fluffy clouds against a blue sky.

Did you notice the day is shorter? We've already lost a whopping 1 minute and 15 seconds since June 21.

Hope the attachments work. Got back yesterday from the family reunion in Lacombe, AB. Took the oldest two kids. Weather was perfect. Very few bugs. Lacombe (all of Alberta) was dry all year. But they picked up about 100mm of rain in June, so it was a little muggy when we pulled into my uncle's farm on the 22nd. We camped in the yard. He got a fireworks permit and spent $1,800 on fireworks he got for 1/2 price. (Every year we have fireworks that seem to increase in number with each passing year). The other picture is of the boxes of fireworks that were set up ready for nightfall. The display rivalled many municipalities on Canada Day. The oldest two met cousins (1st removed) they hadn't met, rode machinery, shot a 22, and got fresh country air. This can be summed up with six F's: Faith, family, farm, fire, firearms, fireworks.
