And this last gasp of heat looks to wrap up the excessive heat..if you can call 34c excessive for the warmest temps of the year

Absolutely gross out there.

A high of 29.2c here today. Although looking at stations around me, perhaps a degree too high. Most were reading around 28c, but it is not outside the realm of possibilities.

Personally, I find 34C to be very hot, especially if there is a moderate to high amount of humidity.

now the YVR iceberg just rammed white rock beach ,which dropped the temp to 24° ,while I'm still at 27°

l find that Cultus Lake reading highly suspicious indeed 34.3c was the high at the Chilliwack airport we'll see what Roger Pannett volunteer weather observer says if the Chilliwack Progress mentions the heat tomorrow.

Cultus Lake is not a good station.
