Lytton is BY FAR the windiest place in the interior!
Yes, I know, Stewart might not be in the interior, but what the heck, close enough. It's one of the least windy spots in the province, so I included it. Port Alberni (5.8 km/h) is also lacking wind. Blue River is the least windy place on earth.
