Really don't see it happening this month. Too much jet activity. Middle of December is the window when we see more blocking...although the same blocking may bring ridging.

Relax Jr. man tis the season soon enjoy all the festivities the season has to offer as well as the amazing cup run by the Canookleheads. we reached a high of 11c @ the pond in south Sardis with 5.3mm in the pond since midnight.

There's still time for December 1965 or 1972. January 1966 or 1969 is also still possible since anything is possible and it's not even December yet. A chilly high of 10.5C here today with partly cloudy skies.

I know Jr. man there's still hope but l gave up in July. just the odds are stacked against us unfortunately it's just the price we pay for living on the great coast with a warm ocean nearby and blocking mountains.

We also have to contend with a climate that seems to no longer cooperate. Long live the 50's and 60's.

This is true l was 9 during the 68/69 Arctic blast and snow's it was an amazing winter Jr. man yes we've had some decent events since but that is one l remember fondly it just seemed to be re load after re load.

Remember getting slight frostbite on my feet and my parents doing what you aren't supposed to do putting my feet on the heat register when I came in.Seems we can still get cold outbreaks but less snow events than I remember.

This is true we always seem to get measurable snow now we're lucky if we get afew flakey's pardon the pun.
-1.5c so far for the low at the only pond in south Sardis driving home from Abbs the fog is along the Fraser River to the north of hiway 1 is the cut off but it's clear where the official pond in south Sardis is located.
