The general upcoming cooling flow will be welcome either way; even if it's not as deep of an event as we all hope for - at minimum it would be nice to see some high quality copies snowfall at the local ski hills... To me, that would be a big win, given how crazy warm this season has been.

Sudden stratospheric warming happening now per the space weather.com website. So that's fun and could bring us some decent cold.
