20cm and we are all done over here. This was a dream track for the lower mainland. Arctic front digging through the BC interior with a developing low pressure center riding in through the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Just enough low level outflow to keep it cold but not so much that it blows everything over to the island. We didn’t have any easterly flow really over here, hence the lower totals.
North end of Shawnigan Lake. Southern Vancouver island. 500ft

This baby overperformed. When I said 20–30 cm, I was thinking the usual suspects (Catnip Hill, higher parts of Surrey, Westwood Plateau) would get the high end of that range. Was expecting 25 cm max IMBY and have already blown past that. Would not be surprised to see totals approaching 40 cm in some spots.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Looks like one last flurry moving through the western sections now and then it's all over. I won't make 30 but I came a hell of a lot closer than anyone probably expected.

whoa...railing looks like about 20-22-cms..but went in the driveway to shovel...and its around 30cm+ :shock: :shock:
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)
