We are selling our place at Charlotte lake. Too may fire scares and my parents are getting up there (they are there full-time more or less) Need to be closer to civilization but we have a second property that we will use more sparingly. Won't be winterized. Summer only. I'll.miss the fall and winters up there. Magical.
