It might be a little too early to conclude that. The 12Z 3km NAM was calling for it to be dry at this hour, yet calls for showers/flurries to start popping up in the next hour. So just because there’s absolutely nothing on the radar yet is no reason to assume it’s not happening. The NAM has had a very good track record during these sort of minor little flurry outbreaks in recent years.
