These setups often bring surprises, so I wouldn't worry about the models at the moment. I think you'll be okay. We always see areas that aren't showing much do better than projected.

Being in Newton we always had very similar weather but noticed the change for you. Makes your commute to the airport much easier. ( commuted out that way for several years. ) Ladner is usually bad in marginal events but this looks pretty widespread. ( Unless there is something I haven't seen in the pages I haven't read :D :D
