Nice big fat dry flakes falling now. All sticking on contact. Wouldn't take many hours to get 10 to 20 cm so long as those bands keep coming in.
Burnaby Mountain @ 365 m..

Stats? Fresh out of those. But I win anyway. I got all the inches.

Radar must be in high gain mode. It was pretty dark green above MBY for a while, but got only a few flakes out of it. Doesn’t look promising here in the next hour.

Oh well, the main course is tonight into Sunday. This is just the appetizer.
It's called clown range for a reason.

The 12Z Euro backed off somewhat on the extreme snowfall totals but looks much more realistic now.  :flakey:

My bad, selected the wrong map. Here's 04:00 tomorrow through 04:00 Monday. A slight backpedaling from the 06Z but still snowy.

If the 12Z Euro and GFS are to be believed, a lot of the metro area will be at or above the upper end of the 10–20 cm range.

Best flurry yet (which frankly isn’t saying much).

Update: mixing with rain. Still on the warm side and need the higher precip rates to get :flakey:.
