We are either going to see a really dry pattern or a very mild and wet pattern the next few weeks. We are really banking on a crazy March to save our ass.

Recent history suggests this summer will suck no matter what the snowpack is.
For example:
April 2018 - top tier, near record snowpack.
Summer 2018 - A then record fire season.
If you’re talking about water restrictions, I’ll give you that. Can’t handle more whining about people not watering their lawns.
