No shamrocks for me, reminds me of Soylent Green. I'll stick to Irish Spring soap on a rope, manly yes, but Gump likes it too.SouthSardiswx wrote: ↑Sun Mar 02, 2025 8:05 pm Have you tried the McDees shamrock shake skipper it's a yearly ritual and a sign of spring is around the corner if that's not your thing rolllllllll up the rim is back we can use our dentures again to tear open the rim again.![]()
It's about time they brought back the actual literal rrrrroll up the rim to win cups, after shutting out the technologically illiterate seniors. I never even tried it online, didn't see the fun in it, it's not the same as breaking finger nails or dentures falling out.

I saw that too, wondered who was burning then saw the cedar tree 'smoking' in the wind. Now I know the culprit for my green car.

Re: March 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
If one looked at the average temperature for the months of both January and February one would think that the weather in each month was pretty similar. Burns Bog averaged 2.2c for both months while Sea Island was 3.3c and 3.4c respectively.
Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!

Whatever the weather, looking forward to daylight till 7:30-8:00pm with the time change next weekend. Makes evening walks safer and more pleasant as temps slowly increase.

Re: March 2025 Forecasts And Discussions
Late March and April cold snap now looks unlikely. Winter is fully over for the lowlands but it looks like we will alternate between +10C rain and weak ridging.
