OMG what a failure by our government just insane. Kinda surprised U.S. launched the attack on Saturday on 3 of Iran's nuclear facilities Fordow being the biggie.

Why is our country so soft on any statements on the U.S. strikes on Iran's nuclear sites it's almost as if we are hiding behind the U.S. l think Carney was vague by calling for de escalation and dialogue. either your against it or not l guess he doesn't want Canada to be a target.

Welp glad Israel/Iran have agreed to a ceasefire it could have gotten ugly if the U.S. got fully involved hope it lasts.

Probably because we are a member of NATO, and the official NATO stance is that Iran cannot be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon. So Carney is handcuffed from giving his true opinion. Basically the only thing he can really say is de-escalate, get back to the negotiating table, etc. It’s kind of like being in a political party and going against the party line… there’s consequences.

Great explanatiion Abby Sr. although l'm glad a ceasefire has been reached l'm still abit skeptical it will hold especially if Fordow was a failure. That being said Iran's weak and telegraphed 6 missle on purpose miss of the U.S. air base in Qatar could have sparked that whole region into war if Iran had gone full force there. IMO.
