Some runs keep showing a weak split flow and send more precip either North or South. Many runs were showing a better outlook for the mountains a few days ago.

I was willing to give March a chance until a couple years ago when there was a really good pattern for lowland snow in late Feb/early March. Actually got a decent dump in late Feb. Then March 1st rolls around and nothing but slushy rain at best falls, while the western lowlands of Oregon score big. I think even Redding, CA scored. It was then that I knew.

It will not snow significantly IMBY next month. You can take it to the bank.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Easy Rubus..if it’s March, it’s better than a 0cm winter. We’ve had lots of snow in march. Your regional jinx will get crushed here one year. Take that to the same bank

Wasn’t the worst IMO! I like more traditional Latin music like salsa but the more pop version was fun. Wish I knew more Spanish, it’s a nice language.

Another lousy GFS run bringing 30-40cm of snow to the hills over the next 10 days. I remember runs last week showing 100+cm

To be fair, all models are fantasy 300hrs+ out. But I do think there is a credible chance of a cool down and some low elevation snow late month.

EC is showing pretty chilly temps for Abby over the next 7 days = slushfestival possible

and the NWS is similar, while mentioning the split flow like TheNito was saying:
given the overall precipitation chances and amounts (along with temperatures near the surface),
it remains very unlikely (less than 5%) for any accumulations
