Fair assessment so you still think mid to late Feb. maybe like 2015? we had that shot back then that gave us snow during one weekend l recall. And another in early March.

Very active coming up and an AR event looks possible. Same conditions that led to our late departed cold snap

Depressing weather. Always from one extreme to the other. AR events should stay in November where they belong.

That was Feb 2014.

10-60cm fell over the South Coast over a three day span between the 22nd and the 24th.

New 1991-2020 averages will be quite a bit warmer than those previous for the South Coast. Note how BC has experienced some of the greatest warming out of the entire country, while the eastern prairies and Ontario have cooled a touch.

I had a snow depth of 45cm during that event, which was my highest since December 2008.

Totally disagree. The Cold pool builds again in most models. GEFS and gfs ensembles have hinted at a dive in the clown range. The 12Z operational looks like torching but primed to freeze. I think with some luck were primed for 2.0.
