I am up to 25 cm in the Pemberton Meadows from this storm. Losing all faith in the models... I guess we need those airplanes back.

Looks like the pineapples are short lived. Cool and wet prevails.

Looks like it will be difficult for anyone without a season pass to get up to Cypress. The weekend tickets are already sold out.

I had 30.9 mm yesterday and 37 mm so far today. Storm total as of now is 67.9 mm in less then 24 hours.

No rainfall warning. :lol: :clap:

If there was a warning we'd have been rainshadowed... that's usually how it works.

Mt Baker is over 80cm from this storm alone already. They might get close to 100cm before it wraps up... I'm guessing they'll be open next week at some point, because the long term models appear pretty zonal other than the brief warmup which will be short lived. Too bad we can't go :crygreen:

12Z GFS... almost 200mm of rain for Abbotsford.

Environment Canada adjusted their forecast for Abbotsford from 40-60 km/h winds to winds 50 gusting to 80 km/h.

As soon as they did that, the winds we did have eased off.
