Fake forecast Ms. Creekers, like the fake snow on the Hallmark Christmas movies. Geesh alot of those movies were filmed around the lower mainland l noticed especially Maple Ridge and Mission. :o

I wish they would provide reasoning for it. Seems like a semi educated guess based on Nina conditions.

I'm sure there were other factors they considered other than Nina. But honestly, there is only so much that can be considered before we say its just an educated guess that could right or wrong. That said, I agree it would be nice to see the factors they considered, but I think he wanted to keep the video short as well as not use overly complex language so people can understand him.

Imagine Phil putting together a winter forecast video.

Too bad that ridge can't amplify. Instead it is getting squished and pushed East.

"Fake forecast" Sad but true, the snow has disappeared just like Santa on December 26. :( But they did tuck it onto the last day so they're still hope.

Yes, Hallmark does a lot of filming in Canada. They've even filmed a couple up here
