It wasn't bad at all. I think it was the most intense 5 day period since Dec 2008.

I think most here would take a period like that this year.

Hmmmm. the euro is showing some small accumulations here and about 6 or 8 gfs members are seeing 10+ cm on Monday here (new from overnight). I can see how that would happen, that low would have to track east and just graze us as an anafront type setup. Definitely worth keeping an eye on.

Hard not to consider those model runs a disappointment. Ah well, its just weather.

Still looking like actual blocking is going to be a problem. GEPS looking more progressive again today.

Not a big fan of the long range EPS today. The ridge is trending further East.
