Barely enough snow here to melt and fill a glass.

Good news is this is just beginning of more close call snow/slush events.

Still all snow but the temp must have bumped to above freezing. Snow bombs falling from the trees now.

Tonight should be a bit better without daytime heating.

Flea sized snow...do they hop around when they land?

Sadly nothing here but a bit of drizzle still, the ground is frozen so if it does chance to snow, it should stick...am going out soon to forage for apple turnovers to drown my sorrows, if I'm not on later, you'll know I got stuck in a snow bank.

Yeah, it's too bad. It all came down to precip intensity. We definitely had some help with some convergence here leading to some heavier bands this morning. Such is the story of south coast snow.

It's also impossible to pin point forecasts in these scenarios.

Anyone know or think if this is a low forming off Port Angeles? Seems to be spitting bands of moisture headed our way.

Definitely looks like another band headed across the Strait. We'll see if it fizzles our or not.

Several hrs of snow falling has been nice to watch but not getting results, thought I scored a cm but it got waved off by Canuck due to rising temps.

it could be..keep checking. There seems to be a few little Lows popping up then disappearing. I think all that instability to our west is what will feed into the area later today. I think it may lead to some intense snow rates and accumulations...likely for the hills as expected.
Looking forward to our first 3 day stretch of sun and 20c++ 8-)
