Do you actually hate snow? I have a hard time imagining that. I still think you were probably hurt by too many snowfails and became jaded. How a weather enthusiast could actually hate snow in such a monotone climate is beyond me.
I like the snow. I snowboard and snowshoe...and it is totally great if I can be at home and do nothing. I used to like seeing chaos as a kid but the consequences of a snowfall as an adult? You still have to go to work and have to worry about other moronic drivers. The snow that falls here turns into a slushy icy mess and becomes a nightmare to deal with.

Dynamic weather is fun! I spent 3 years in Central Ontario and got to see it all. My preference is having a summer thunderstorm roll through...

TBH I don't understand or use those. They only show like 2 cm each even though the map shows all this snow. Makes me wonder if all the nice looking maps are just poor resolution.

Edit; Nvm. I'm referring to the meteograms that show snowfall amounts for different members.

Mr. Nito....

Does your job require you to work on weekends? Or on Stat holidays?

Perhaps we could all rehab El Nito. Anyone have a used couch and a teddy bear.

When he was younger, him and his buddy stole a bunch of pineapples from the supermarket.

During the getaway they got stuck in the snow. Since then, he despises the stuff.

Reason I was asking is that it is supposed to snow on the weekend and Monday is a holiday. He can actually sit back and enjoy it without having to venture out... if indeed he is not working.

C'MON Nito... you know deep down you want to enjoy it!

I'll agree with you on this aspect: The thing that makes snow suck is humans. People unable to drive in it but still choose to. People who put salt all over the place regardless of environmental impact. Etc. Or just the fact that we have to go to work in the morning regardless. Gotta keep that economy churning. Gotta keep busses sliding all over the place.

If snow was just a thing you could walk through on a peaceful country lane then I think most people would love it. Snow makes everything equal. Nobody's yard is nicer than anybody elses, its all the same. But yeah icy sidewalks suck. I supported individuals in wheelchairs and getting them around on icy slush is insane and I feel bad for people on wheels.
